We ship all your cases together on the same day, however they each have their own Australia Post label and individual tracking numbers. This means you may receive items separately, possibly at different times and dates.
Keep an eye out on the tracking links as most likely, the cases are still in transit with Australia Post.
We are working with Australia Post to minimise this risk, but in the meantime, if part of your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, please get in touch.
