How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia:
Our Team in the Fermentary work extremely hard to get your order dispatched and on the way with Australia Post within 24hrs of placing your order. How good.
Good news Remedy fans - we currently deliver our gut loving goodness anywhere within Australia from the back of Burke to Zetland:
- Vic metro - 3-7 business days
- Vic regional - 4-8 business days
- Other states metro - 4-8 business days
- Other states regional - 5-10 business days
New Zealand:
Our NZ Dispatch team work hard to have your order processed and dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order.
Dependent on delivery location, NZ customers can expect their order to be delivered within 2-8 Business days.
For both AU & NZ orders, we try our very best to get your Remedy order to you ASAP, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping times until we invent a Remedy teleporter or invest in a Remedy delivery drone - sorry!

Tracking your online order:
Australia:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post;

Once your order is processed by the Remedy elves in our Fermentary, we'll send you a tracking link. Just so you're completely all over it, you will also receive updates from Australia Post, so you can track it all the way to your front door.
New Zealand:
All orders are shipped via our third-party delivery partners Post Haste or NZ Couriers.
Tracking for NZ orders can be provided upon request. If your order hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time, or you require tracking urgently, shoot us an email at online@remedydrinks.com.
Unfortunately, NZ order tracking does not automatically update within the order.
Ordering a mix of glass and cans in your Remedy order:
Its important to note, that orders containing both 330ml glass & 250ml can products will be shipped separately. This means they will have split tracking links and possibly arrive at different times and dates.
You will receive tracking updates & notifications for all items via Australia Post.
